Siebel Engineer - Ottawa
DESIGN, CONFIGURE, CUSTOMIZE , and implements SIEBEL CALL CENTRE SOLUTIONS solutions using the Oracle Siebel suite of products.
This position works closely with requirements and Contact Center personnel to develop efficient, useable solutions for the Siebel Contact Center. Additionally, this position develops effective workflow using Siebel's workflow engine.
