Site Manager

POSITION DIMENSION:
Manages annual budget up to $ 3.6 Million.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for contributing to the overall success of EIS by managing a retail site. Responsible for the overall performance of the site – sales, labor, product quality, customer service, training and development, safety and account management.

  • This position is salaried, but also includes sales and production driven bonuses.
  • Our sites will be open 7 days a week.
  • Candidates for this position must have open availability

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires and trains staff.
  • Coaches, motivates and evaluates staff performance; recommends and administers promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action; administers performance improvement plans.
  • Supervises and manages the operation within established guidelines for service and quality, staffing, cleanliness and safety regulations.
  • Ensures site budget and financial reporting requirements are met.
  • Manages, tracks, and orders supplies and merchandise inventory as needed.
  • Develops effective work schedules based on budgeted hours and ensures timely payroll submission.
  • Maintains sales and cash flow records in accordance with established procedures and ensures timely deposit of all funds.
  • Serves as the EIS representative with on-site partner management; builds and maintains an effective relationship with partner’s staff.
  • Interprets, communicates and enforces applicable company policies and procedures.
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues with guidance from the District Manager and Human Resources Manager.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, communicate, and fix system problems.
  • Ensures adherence to all state and federal laws.

  • Ability to train and motivate a team

  • Ability to work prescribed hours by management, which may include weekends, holidays, and covering shifts when scheduled employees are unable to work

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE SPECIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Previous management / supervisory experience in a retail /service environment required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
