Position Summary: The Associate will be responsible for hardware replacement/refreshes; build, configuration, and support of windows workstations; basic MS Windows, MS Office and common use software troubleshooting; connectivity and other physical layer troubleshooting; and the work can be completed within our Remote Support Center (RSC) or Onsite at clients. You will work within the RSC and will follow our standard operating procedures, such as, working within our ERP system for logging incidents and documenting work done, time spent and resolution. Primary Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting of common place software and taking helpdesk support tickets - Working onsite to repair, troubleshoot, replace hardware and act as a project team member - Documentation, training, and administrative follow-up Qualifications Basic: - High School Diploma or GED - 1-2 years technical experience - A+ Certification or relevant work experience - Must be proficient using and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems - Proficient in installing, configuring and troubleshooting MS Office applications - Proficient in installing drivers for hardware, such as, scanners and printers - Proficient with setup and configuration of laptops, PCs and other computer hardware Job: Information Technology Location(s): US-MA-Lawrence Schedule: Full-time Job Level: Non-Manager Shift: Day Job Job Type: Experienced Employment Statement Staples is an Equal Opportunity Employer who values the diversity of our people, products, and services.
