Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) Band 5/6 – Nottingham

Our client requires enthusiastic and ambitious Staff Nurses (RMN/RNLD) to work in a unique care environment based in Nottingham. The hospital comprises of six bespoke single-person self-contained apartments that enable people to receive treatment and care within their own space. This ensures that patients are cared for with privacy and dignity, minimising the disruption of their lives and those who care for them.
Job Duties:
Whilst not an exhaustive list, the following responsibilities offer an overview of what this position entails for any potential applicants:
· To understand and promote a person centred and needs led approach, in order to deliver a quality service in line with the philosophy, values and procedures.
· To proactively seek out new opportunities for the growth and development of the service.
· To provide direct care and support to individual service users and to offer clinical leadership and guidance to all Support Workers.
· Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies and the wider circle of supporting order to promote joint working and to provide a better quality of service to service users.
· Be willing to undertake further training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.
Person Specification:

· A qualified RMN/RNLD
· Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
