Subcontract Administrator, Mid Job

Description Key Role: Maintain responsibility for developing, negotiating and administering complex and relatively high risk subcontracts, ensuring compliance on vendor, cost, schedule, legal and performance aspects. Search out and investigate qualified suppliers and manufactures. Develop new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are inadequate. Make supplier and vendor visits to expedite critically needed materials. Place orders with selected vendors assigned dollar threshold. Develop lists of prepares, establish proposal review criteria, and analyze and evaluate proposals. Plan and conduct negotiations, prepare contractual documents and amendments, and provide work leadership for lower level employees. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -5+ years of experience in the interpretation and application of federal regulations FAR -5 + years of experience of the proposal process -Experience with GSA Schedule, GWAC and commercial item acquisitions required -Experience in a CPSR approved environment -Experience with negotiating Teaming and Non-Disclosure Agreements -Experience with developing Requests for Proposals -Experienced in analyzing and negotiating Subcontractor proposal and pricing -Experience with Drafting and Negotiation of Subcontracts -Knowledge of IDIQ, DPAF, CPFF, FFP, TM and LOE, types of subcontracts and task order and delivery order, and multiple award processes -Ability to obtain a security clearance Additional Qualifications: -Experience with resolving conflicts and providing post award administration -Experience with Compliance and CPSR and Self-governance regulations -Experience with providing subcontract related business counsel and strategy -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Possession of excellent oral and written communication Skills -BA or BS degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
