We offer a continual focus on training and development and a financially sound company in a growing industry. We are currently looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst to our Milwaukee location. Responsibilities: * Work with the Strategic Sourcing team members to support the execution of the category strategic sourcing process, including supply market analysis, supplier identification out reach, RFI and RFQ development and execution, supplier response analysis, and negotiation preparation * Develop key data deliverables for spend analysis, and develop cost analysis form to support cost estimation and documentation * Develop and maintain a commodities and currencies dashboard to be used globally as a tool for making pricing and cost decisions and as a source for calculating supplier surcharges based on established Agreements/Contracts * Work with JGI business units globally to implement standardized key processes and metrics * Monitor and report direct and other financial activities by PH business unit * Tabulate data from different data sources with summarized reports to supply chain and management personnel to help drive business strategies and decisions * Train both internal and external customers on the capabilities of the SAP R3 and Business Warehouse systems and provide them with customized solutions to achieve their requirements * Perform data analysis on returned quotation packages to determine TCO impact. * Working with Strategic Sourcing Category managers to prepare report out presentations Qualifications: * Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent experience * At least 3 years experience in supporting multiple projects and teams towards desired goals * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, expert subject matter user of Excel, and creative in designing business presentations using Microsoft Power Point * Proficient with SAP R3, SQL programming and Business Warehouse data management and report writing * Experience with measuring key metric materials * Former exposure to international markets * Ability to interface with people at all levels within the organization and influence without formal authority To apply, go to http://careers.joyglobal.com/Careers/JobDetails1.htm?mode=editID=2537Type=ALLValue=Manpower is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA)
