Leading global markets business in Sydney is seeking a Trading Risk Business Support analyst to join their Financial Markets support team in Sydney. In this role you will provide support to various areas of their Global Markets business from Front to Back office. You must be customer and quality focused with good negotiation and communication skills with have a 'can do' attitude
Responsibilities:
- Managing support enquiries from FM business users; principally relating to debt markets business processes, products and systems
- Analysing and troubleshooting complex business and technical issues to provide stable and reliable service to the business
- Application configuration and workflow management
- Ensuring operational and system documentation is created and maintained, including amongst incident/problem records, and user/system documentation;
- Regularly communicate with various business and technology stakeholders
Previous experience required:
- Financial/Global Markets experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of various instrument such as Fixed Income, Derivatives products etc.
- Front to Back Office systems experience covering areas such finance, middle office, risk management and treasury
- Trading and/or Risk Systems is essential, such as Murex, Loan IQ, Bloomberg TOMS etc
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
