About the Job
SUPPORT SERVICE SPECIALIST Person needed for technical support for plant process computer systems and assistance to computer end users. This person will be required to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, software and network connectivity for desktop/laptops and servers. Responsibilities include the design, installation and monitoring of the local Ethernet network, the maintenance of the Cisco VoIP and analog phone systems, and the set up and maintenance of Allen Bradley PLCs/Rockwell Automation Software for plant equipment. Associate Degree in Computer Science required with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred. A+, Network+ and MCSE certification a plus. Must have 2-4 years computer support experience with emphasis on troubleshooting and network connectivity. Must be able to work in a plant production environment and be able to work all shifts if needed. Salary commensurate with ability and experience. Benefit package available. Send resumes to: K. S.
