Programs, which are delivered in the LGA'S of Greater Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia, Monash and in the Barwon Region, are designed to enhance people's lives and their involvement and acceptance in the community.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Support Worker to work closely with a staff team of 3 and reporting to the Dandenong Services Manager.

This position will provide you with the opportunity to apply your social work skills acquired through study as well as your practical social work placement. Working closely with the HBOS outreach team, you will provide innovative one to one outreach 8 support services to clients living with a mental illness who reside in the local area. You will also prepare client case notes and reviews and atend regular meetings and participate in organisational working groups as required.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a qualiied Social Worker or have relevant experience in the PDRS Sector.
