A local charity is looking to recruit a number of Support Workers to work with Adults with Autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour. The role is based in Malvern
The role
The individual being supported has autism along with other physical conditions and challenging behaviour. The person requires support to allow them to live as independently as possible and help with day to day living. The role is available full time and ongoing.
Responsibilities
* Aiding clients with day to day living to allow them to live independently
* Experience using physical restraint
* Some element of personal care may be required
Candidate
The successful candidate for the role of Support Worker will have:
* Experience working with adults with autism, complex needs and/or challenging behaviour
* A genuine passion for working with vulnerable people
* A CRB check within the last 12 months
Being a car driver would be desirable.
