Description Key Role: Work as a systems analyst and engineer operating and designing exercise support and simulation hardware and software configuration in support of military simulation driven training exercises. Support software integration, testing, and verification events by staging and configuring hardware and software components and establishing a simulation network. Work on the technical side of the computer and simulations environment installing, operating, and configuring different operating systems and simulation systems. Lead and coordinate multiple system integration requirements. Support evaluation and accreditation of COTS and GOTS simulation capabilities for fit within federation requirements. This position is located in Leavenworth, Kansas. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -4+ years of experience in an academic, work, or a combination of both in the operation and design of exercise and simulation hardware and software configuration -Secret clearance-BA or BS degree required -Security+, Network+, or A+ Certification Additional Qualifications: -Experience with providing support to National Simulation Center (NSC)-Experience with Linux-Experience with Configuring Windows 7 and MCTS -Experience as an Enterprise Desktop Support Technician-Experience with networking-Experience with Military gaming and simulation -MCSA, MCSE, or MCITP Certification -SA or MCTS Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
