Systems Engineer Job in North Attleboro 02763, Massachusetts US
Seeking experienced business systems engineer for customer field operations in South Eastern New England. Position requires regular daily travel to client sites to provide onsite consultation, support and maintenance for all client technology systems (Servers, Desktops, Switches, Firewall and all network infra-structure). Provide proactive and timely response to client server and end user problems as they arise. As a field engineer you will work onsite and remotely as needed; must be able to provide detailed account of problems and resolution; required to work in a fast paced technology team environment. This is a client-facing position in which as a candidate you must be comfortable working with sales staff explaining technologies, solutions, and problem resolutions to improve customer business systems. Must be willing to follow direction, work cooperatively with all sales and technical staff and possess desire to learn. Evening and Weekend work will be required occasionally and will be scheduled in advance when possible. Reliable transportation is required.
