Technical Account Manager

Our national advertising publisher client is seeking a deployment engineer/Technical Account Manager to drive platform adoption and technical relationships through the agencycommunity in support of our self-service platform. This position will be
part of the Service Delivery organization.

Key responsibilities include:
Act as the technical point of contact for our most strategic creative and media partners.

Act as the product leader and expert for all of the products and services offered.

Manage technical and product delivery with top customer service focus in mind.

Set up, conduct, and follow-up on on-site product training.

Effectively liaise between clients and partners and internal Engineering, Product, and Service Delivery teams.

Work closely with Sales to ensure platform adoption and success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Computer Science related field

At least 5 years relevant work experience in a client services environment

Experience working with advertising web technologies such as ad servers and platforms

Excellent customer service and follow-up skills

Strong understanding of ad-centric concepts such as data, reporting, and ad serving
