Tier 2 Help Desk Customer Service Representative Job in Addison, Illinois US
Manpower Staffing is currently searching for excellent Call Center Help Desk Representatives that are knowledgeable of software systems and troubleshooting of websites as well as handheld devices in the Addison, IL area paying $14/hr.
The job requirements includes but are not limited to:
•Tier 2 Technical Support will be assisting consultants with a new software/website and mobile app
•Solid Call Center experience (2-3years of concurrent experience)
•Higher level of computer literacy required
•Ability to empathize with the consultants and walk them through the new capabilities of the website and application
•Must be flexible to work 1st or 2nd shift
