The
primary role of the Trade Capture Administrator is to ensure the accurate set
up, processing and maintenance of all trades on to the Banks Accounting
Platform, InvestOne.

The
Trade Capture Administrator is responsible for ensuring the timely processing
of all Client and Fund Manager instructions against intraday deadlines adhering
to structured business as usual requirements. Operating in accordance with the
appropriate markets, systems, Banks best practices and departmental objectives
in order to safeguard against any financial or reputational loss alongside
providing high levels of quality service and minimising risks to the
organisation.

including exposure to complex market instruments, interdepartmental
relationship building across areas such as Fund Accounting, Valuations,
Corporate Actions, Data Management and Client Delivery. There are opportunities
to become involved with project based activities and the review of new and
existing processes and controls

color:windowtext"Responsibilities

Manual Entry of trade
data

Ensure
the accurate processing of manual trades but with the focus on achieving
maximum Straight Through Processing (STP) through feedback and recommendations
thereby reducing the risk of erroneous data being utilised within the
valuation. Reconcile a list of all confirmed and non-confirmed trades for a
client and validate to ensure all trades conducted by the client are included
within the Fund valuation. In addition transactional exceptions are
investigated, reconciled and processed accordingly.

Query Resolution

Receive,
instigate and resolve queries from other operational areas and Fund Managers,
thereby ensuring the ongoing support of the clients needs and reduction in
potential impact to the Net Asset Value

Adherence to
deadlines and SLAs

Adhere
to Internal intra-day SLAs and ensure any financial and reputational impact to
the client is minimised.

Relationship Building

Build
and maintain relationships with other areas and individuals within the complete
process cycle to ensure an efficient operating model for the onward
transmission to the users of trade capture data

Personal
Development

Investigate
opportunities for self development and improving knowledge of the business that
you are servicing in order to improve skills and knowledge and deliver maximum
service levels.

Qualifications

Person Sepcification

Excellent written and oral communication skills in order to manage projects and initiatives across the LOB.

Strong problem solving skills

Preferred to have a strong knowledge of the bank and the key business areas

Strategic planner

Demonstrated experience interacting with all levels of management

Must possess advanced analytical skills.

Project Management experience preferred but not essential.

Change management skills

This role does not fall under the FSA TC Scheme and the postholder will have to complete the Investment

Administration Qualification within 2 years of appointment.
