Paragon Systems is immediately hiring for the position of Training Instructor for Chicago, Illinois.
Typical job duties of the Training Instructor include:
· Conducting classroom training.
· Lecture and Public speaking
· Development of Lesson Plans and Presentations.
· Development of Best Practices Procedures
· Conducting Firearms classes, live fire range training, certification and qualification
Applicants must meet the requirements listed below:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be an U.S. Citizen and read, write, and speak English
- Must possess a Bachelors degree or demonstrate measurable progressive work experience equivalent, to provide comparison work knowledge to allow for competitive fair resume assessment with other suitable candidates.
- Must have minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Law Enforcement or Military Service and/or a combination of both, or a minimum of fifteen (15) years measurable progressive experience in the Private Security Field.
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years as a firearms instructor
- Must have active certifications to instruct in any of the following or combinations of: ARC or AHA First aid/CPR, Firearms, Collapsible Baton, OC, or Chem./Bio.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, word, excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to obtain and maintain instructor certifications as required.
- Must be able to Obtain USG suitability for work on US Government contracts.
