This person will need to be application knowledgeable and technical process knowledgeable resource, with 4 to 5 years of experiences actually working on the equipment (at least some hands-on previous experiences), configuring call manager, call processing, voicemail, (email and similar) messaging, call handling, Emergency Responder, IVR, Integration with SFDC or other CRM, Cisco (Cookie-MOC) integration with MS Lync, knowledge/presence-awareness and other similar skills. Interoperates with tier 2 vendor support channels to resolve highest priority issues. Fluid and dynamic communications of complex topics, resulting in actionable work-steps. Impeccable technical documentation of solutions and process flow. Must be highly articulate in both business-driven and solution-driven requirements and able to transpose from business requirement to technical requirement effortlessly.

IT Architects and analysts assigned as Application Architecture practitioners will have the following expectations of them:
Owns and maintains application architecture strategy and vision by working closely with business and technical leaders in the architecture Determines the partitioning of business solutions into applications/services and defines applications/services interactions.
Owns and drives resolution of application architecture issues. Approves application design changes to ensure alignment with application architecture strategy.
Transforms business needs into current and future states of application architecture. Establishes an application functionality roadmap for constructing business solutions.
Works with project teams/working teams to identify areas where there may be integration, continuity, impacts, reuse, and dependencies between efforts.
Influences planning, prioritizing, initiating, and packaging of work efforts.
Understands likely impacts of Technical Architecture sectors such as Security, Application Development, Service Management and Data while building application architecture strategy.
Directs major design efforts that entail complex application changes.
