Osmose Utilities Services, Inc., an employee owned company and nationwide leader in contract utility work, provides small, technically-skilled crews that perform service contracts for utilities throughout the United States. Our diversified field services include GIS/GPS services, right-of-way vegetation maintenance, resource management and inventory and data collection.

 

The position of the Osmose Foreman involves hiring, training and supervising a mobile crew of between 2 – 5 people. Your main function involves the inspection and treatment of in-place wood utility poles.  You will also lead weekly safety meetings, ensure quality workmanship and maintain daily and weekly reports.  As an Osmose Foreman, you must embrace core values of the Company and be committed to supporting all Company policies.

 

An Osmose Foreman must be able to handle all of the extensive, physical activity that comes from working in the outdoors, i.e. lifting and carrying 65lbs. or more and walking over uneven terrain with considerable bending, stooping, kneeling and digging.

 

Osmose Foremen must also have an excellent driving history and be able to travel away from home for both short and extended periods of time throughout  western North and South Dakota and eastern Montana and Wyoming.
