Vendor Analyst

Vendor Analyst required to manage and support the service desk for a leading telecoms company based in Barlborough.
Responsibilities
Manage all email call/request ingress points to enable email to be a clean and working method of placing incidents and requests across the service desk
To manage incidents with all 3rd party vendors
To manage incidents with internal customers
Monitor and track the progress of incidents
To assist the team in achieving set targets
Requirements:
Excellent customer care
Must be able to multitask and manage a number of incidents at any one time
Previous service desk management experience
