Vice President, Asset Management
The Vice President will:
- Develop and maintain reporting tools for use by the Fund and senior management to support strategic planning and monetization decisions
- Interact with the executive management team at the Company to ensure that effective strategic initiatives are being executed to reach investment goals
- Gather, organize and communicate key priorities and progress updates to the Fund to ensure that all important issues are being addressed
- Oversee monthly cash flow analyses to assess projected cash flow needs and valuations
- Use financial models and qualitative assessment to present to senior management in depth analyses on different facets of the business
- Be required to effectively manage change in a rapidly growing, highly dynamic environment
- Execute ad hoc projects
Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field
- MBA a plus
- 5+ years experience in restructuring or private equity firm
- Residential mortgage experience preferred
- Required ability to understand capital and the impact that potential business decisions have on capital
- Required interpersonal skills to balance interaction with the Company’s management team and the senior management team at Hudson Americas and Lone Star Funds
