Vice President, Middle Office Derivative Change/Project Manager
My Client is a leading Investment Bank who are looking to attract an Experience Project/Change Manager with strong Derivative Middle Office experience from both CTB and BAU.
The role includes;
- Project Lead for the Middle Office Derivative change programme.
- Map and gap of existing book creation, maintenance and closure process
- Define target state Bookstore attributes and workflow
- Define decommissioning plans for attributes / processes not in target state
- Define training plan and approach
- Execute integrated UAT
- Lead End User Training and rollout
My client is looking for the following experience;
- Demonstrable project management experience within Investment Banking
- Working knowledge of OTC and/or securitised derivative product knowledge gained working within a line middle office or project/change role
- Knowledge of front to back trade flows, lifecycle management and controls
- Experience of data repositories advantageous
- Clear understanding of the producer/consumer relationships and dependencies between FO and Logistics imperative
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, high level of numeracy, logical reasoning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that you can tailor to a broad range of audience seniorities with confidence.
- Excellent team working and client relationship skills
- Lean/Process Excellence knowledge/certifications advantageous
