VP Compliance Officer – Investment Bank
The Position:
Working closely with the Corporate Finance, DCM, ECM and Capital markets (Equity and FICC) Front Office, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing Compliance with all MAS regulations
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) provisions
- Ensuring that the firm maintains the necessary licenses, authorities and/or policies and procedures to conduct cross border business in compliance with local laws or regulations
- Advising the business on New Business initiatives from a Compliance perspective
- Compliance reporting and updates
- Compliance monitoring
- Develop and present Training Programmes
You:
- You will be a highly articulate Compliance professional with extensive experience in Investment banking (Corporate Finance, DCM, ECM etc). You will also have a strong knowledge of Capital Markets compliance.
- Our client will consider experiences AVP level candidates ready to move into a VP role.
- You must have at least 5 years IB compliance experience with firsthand knowledge of MAS regulations.
