VP Fixed Income Compliance – Global Bank – 80
The Company
Our client is a leading Global Banking group with a strong presence within the APAC region. They are an expanding business and currently have this exciting opportunity due to their continued commitment to compliance.
The Role
Reporting to the regional FI compliance head, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing Compliance advisory services to the Fixed Income business unit.
- Ensuring that staff are updated regarding regulatory changes that may effect the business.
- The continuous update and improvement of policy and procedure within the business unit.
- Devising and providing training to staff around regulatory, risk and compliance policies.
- Participation in ad hoc product compliance projects for the region.
Your Profile
You will be a degree holder in a relative discipline and will have at least 5-7 years of experience within an advisory compliance role, with some focus on Fixed Income products. You will have prior experience of supervising 1-2 people and will also have worked within a global banking environment. You will have excellent communication skills in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage. You should also have proven experience of interacting with senior business stakeholders.
