Henkel has an immiate opening for a Warehouse Supervisor in Enoree, SC.

The Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate and oversee all activities related to materials movement in the facility, including the receiving dock, component warehouse, delivery to production lines, movement to finished goods warehouse, waste handling, and shipping dock.

Responsibilities include:
*Reviews Production Schedules to determine replenishment orders that are required from third parties. These include any outside warehouses and railcar needs.
*Issues daily replenishment raw material orders in accordance with the production schedule for assigned product lines.
*Oversees and monitors utilization of FIFO procedures to ensure all materials and components are warehoused, issued, returned, and transacted both on an accurate and timely manner.
*Institutes and documents continuous improvement initiatives.
*Trains and monitors personnel in the preparation of required paperwork and documentation for the movement of inventory as well as required data input for systems update.
*Oversees daily operation of inventory cycle counting process.
*Supervises all Material Handler and Warehouse personnel which includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: interviewing/recommending candidates for hire, completing performance reviews, documenting corrective action issues, training and staff development, maintaining safe working conditions and the efficient scheduling of planned order deliveries.
*Administers current Henkel policies concerning quality standards, personnel issues, housekeeping standards, and safety.
*Ensures compliance to outside agency regulatory requirements.
*Assists in the development and implementation of processes and procedures consistent with safety, service, quality, and cost objectives.
*Works to provide customers (internal and external) with acceptable order fulfillment processing times and to investigate and provide corrective actions for recurring service problems and non-compliance with customer requirements.
*Ensures customer complaints are addressed via root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions as appropriate to prevent recurrence.
*Makes sure all complaint files are updated and reported in a timely manner.
*Ensures compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 procedures and work instructions.
*Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
5 years experience in warehouse/shipping in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Requirements: College Degree in Business Related Field.
3 years experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).
Experience with SAP
