Wfa Operations Liaison
Responsible for processing Service Requests and other operational functions for the Market/Complex. Works closely with the Market/Complex Operations Manager to ensure that all operational functions within the Market/Complex are being properly executed. Acts as a point of contact for operational and Service Request inquiries from associates in the Market/Complex. Assists in resolving client inquiries. A senior operations position in a market reporting to a Market/Complex Operations Manager. Basic Qualifications: Series 7, 66 (or 63) licenses required; 3+ years industry experience. Minimum Qualifications: Client Service oriented Detail oriented and ability to multi-task Good written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills: -Series 7 and 63 licenses required - 3+ years of brokerage operations related business experience -Displays experience completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner, focusing on detailed execution and accuracy - Experience supporting multiple operations requests -Proven success and experience supporting brokerage related service requests and operations functions for a Complex and/or Market - Skilled in assessing investment related documents or client information to determine appropriate business and client resolution - Experience leveraging Smart Station or comparable investment service request related systems - Experience leveraging organizational skills to support complex/market and client needs, focusing on execution, accuracy and efficiency - Series 9/10 preferred - College or advanced degree, a plus
