Job Description World Telephone Servicing Executive Admin. I-1203795 Description This position will provide administrative support for the Vice President of World Telephone Servicing (WTS) and the Centralized Call Management team in Phoenix and Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to effectively handle multiple priorities. The individual will need to demonstrate flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and beable to handle sensitive information with discretion. * Maintain/coordinate calendars and meetings, along with all logistics, catering, planning, follow-up, etc. * Proactive self starter with high levels of personal initiative and a positive attitude * Organized and have exceptional time management skills in order to balance workload and manage multiple priorities at one time * Effective communication skills with all levels of the organization and unwavering ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality * Detailed orientation to maintain calendars that include multi-time zone meeting requests and associated scheduling * Utilize independent judgment that is required to plan, prioritize, organize and accomplish a diversified work load * Ability to complete complex, global travel arrangements * Entering weekly payroll report/maintaining time keeping records American Express is an equal opportunity employer.
