1. VP – IT Security and Risk Control Manager recruitment

The person will interact with Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit groups to ensure that IT service and support operations comply with various regulatory and contractual requirements, and interact with business managers to help facilitate design, delivery, service and automation of business applications and processes.

Key responsibilities:

-Review, update, implementation and validation of policies, procedures and standards related to IT risk control, information security, legal, compliance and regulatory requirements, system development, change and release management, system availability and disaster recovery.

-Review, analyze and assess existing IT security and risk control documents and processes

-Improve and implement effective strategies and procedures based on industry’s best practices

-Audit, manage and validate IT system development and support  operations in accordance with established policies and priorities

-Provide alerts and reports to management

Qualifications

-5 year experience in information technology risk control or relevant fields. Strong analytical ability. Good writing, communications and presentation skills.

-Japanese language ability preferred.
