***10 bilingual Spanish Call Center Representatives needed in Santa Ana!!
Job Description: 10 Call Center openings, temp to hire!!! We have a client in Santa Ana that is a Call Center/Answering Service. They have several openings for bilingual Spanish Call Center Representatives to take incoming calls for one of their customers which is a healthcare company. Will be assisting over the phone with member service questions. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. **Must be fluent R/W/S Spanish and English. PAY RATE: $11/hr HOURS: The call center is open 7 days a week, M-S from 7am-7pm. Will be scheduled 40 hours a week within those hours with 2 days off during the week, must be open to working weekends. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Requirements 6+ months call center experience to include phone, email, and chat (extensive, high volume preferred) 35+ net wpm required Excellent communication, collaboration, customer and interpersonal skills o Excellent documentation (verbal written) o Excellent composition skills - ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response o Solid comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and restate the issues the customer presents o Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs o Very strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, passionate startup o Effective problem solving skills including decision making Immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand, high volume workloads Ability to focus on and resolve customers issues without distraction Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance and work a flexible work schedule during peak periods Positive, can-do attitude and sense of humor Effective time management If you are interested in this call center position, please contact Angela in the Orange office of AppleOne for immediate consideration!
