10 x Customer Service Advisors

We are working on behalf of a nationally recognised blue-chip business who need  10 x Customer Service Advisor's to join their team on a 6-week temporary contract. 

You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, answering efficiently and using your excellent customer service skills to respond to your customers queries. You will also be  responsible to ensure your customer is being transferred to the correct department if they wish to make a further enquiry. 
 
A background in customer service/administration would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided. 

This is a full time role, you must be available for work between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00 respectively (working hours will be discussed and confirmed at the start of your placement) typical working hours will be conducted between Monday - Friday.

We need candidates to begin this contract on Monday 12th August so you must ensure you have full availability for 6 weeks from this date.
