12 Month fixed term contract

I have a new 12 month fixed term contract which has arisen due to a restructure within the department because of growth within the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has worked within an office environment, is methodical, has good communication, attention to detail and good computer skills.

You will be reporting into the Management Accountant for the 12 months, working within the accounts department. 

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will be the first point of contact and initial assistance for all accounts telephone calls within the company so a polite and professional telephone manner is required. You will be responsible for processing the purchase orders, filing invoices, keeping all the records up to date, 40% of the week will be processing and keeping the time and attendance up to date.

This contracts working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.
