12 month FTC – Trade Finance Lawyer recruitment
A leading banking organisation is currently looking to recruit a talented Finance Lawyer to join their in-house legal team on a 12 month, maternity leave contract.
As a member of this collegiate and forward thinking team you will be involved in providing expert legal advice on a broad range of multijurisdictional finance transactions, specialising in commodity and trade finance transactions.
Responsibilities include drafting, cross-border master discounting agreements and receivables purchasing documentation, pre-export financing and letter of credit and guarantee/bond facilities.
You will be a qualified lawyer with c. 3 years plus PQE. You will also be a commercially astute individual with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
