12 x Immediate Start Temp Call Agents
My client based in Reading are looking to recruit 12 of Customer Service/Call Agents to join them in a new and business critical project. Starting immediately these roles are expected to be ongoing for a couple of months and will provide an excellent opportunity to work for a leading organisation in the Reading area with an unrivalled working environment.
The primary function of this role is to make outbound calls with a view to making appointments for sales reps to promote an end product. Although this is an outbound calling role this is not a traditional “telesales” role and my client are looking for credible and articulate individuals who have a warm and professional telephone manner. You will be working to targets but this is more ‘soft sales’ role.
You should have previous experience in working in a telephone based or customer service role. Experience of outbound calling is beneficial but not essential and ideally you should be a graduate.
This is a full time position with no shifts. The hourly rate is very competitive and the working environment and culture is second to none. My client believes 100% in rewarding excellence and as such you should be motivated to deliver exceptional results.
We are looking for candidates who can start immediately. There is on site parking or excellent public transport links.
