Performs analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products and operations processes and to verify or validate compliance with Quality Management System requirements, applicable company procedures, contract requirements, or government regulations. Investigates to determine root cause of nonconformance to products or processes. Assesses impact or health of quality relative to the business system or value stream. Interfaces with company employees, suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements. Initiates, coordinates or analyzes quality-related data from production or service activities. Determines or assigns actions to assure problem resolution or to implement corrective/preventive action and documents resolution. Develops quality plans, configuration reports, software media, material review records.
