Job Description: This $12/hr data entry - great hours$ Position Features: ****One thing to remember with our data entry: entering info that is strictly handwritten is very different than to what regular data entry people might be accustom to. Also, please stress to all possible staff that they will not strictly be doing data entry - that exceptions reports are also a large part of their job desc. down the line. **** SEEKING DATA ENTRY CANDIDATES TO ENTER INFORMATION FROM PETITION SHEETS THAT ARE COLLECTED FOR VOTER MEASURES. THEY WILL BE ENTERING 200-300 SIGNATURES PER HOUR. TEH PROJECT WILL LAST FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. THEY WILL TAKE THE NAME AND ADDRESS INFORMATION INTO THEIR PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE. YOU WILL ALSO BE RECORDING THE TOTAL NUMBER ENTERED ON EACH BATCH BY HAND. YOU MUST HAVE EXCELLENT DATA ENTRY AND A MINUMUM 10,000 KPH MIN. THEY ALSO NEED TO HAVE TAKEN OUR CORE SERIESIN DETAIL ORIENTATION AND SCORED ACCEPTABLE TO OUTSTANDING.(4-9) QUALITY PEOPLE THAT SHOULD FLEXIBLE TO VARYING WORKLOADS AND CHANGING SHIFTS FROM TIME TIME.THERE WILL BE WEEKS WITH MORE WORKLOADS THAN OTHERS. SO CANDIDATES NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE. THEY WILL ALSO BE COMPARING THE ADDRESS THAT THEY ARE ENTERING TO THE VOTER ROLLS AND RUNNING EXCEPTION REPORTS TO CHECK FOR ACCURACY THEY MUST BE ABLE TO READ THE HANDWRITING OF THE PETITION TAKER.
