The Principal Facilitator of Learning is a role within the College for Learning and Development and is accountable to the Manager, College for Learning and Development for: Providing educational leadership and achieving qualitative improvements in educational processes and programs; developing innovative competency based learning models and methodologies that meet the Australian Qualifications Training Framework (AQTF); leading the delivery, assessment and evaluation of learning and development programs which support the Department for Families and Communities (DCSI) strategic initiatives; providing leadership to the College to deliver quality education services in line with the Department’s strategic plan.
Essential Minimum Qualifications: Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessor Qualification as required by AQTF and relevant tertiary qualification in education or training.
Special Conditions: Intrastate travel to regional locations. Current drivers licence. Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a Background Screening and National Criminal History Record Check (NCHRC) prior to being employed and every three years.

Remuneration: $84,430 - $91,649 (ASO7)
