1st & 2nd Line Desktop Support – Banking Experience recruitment

My client is looking a vibrant, enthusiastic, experienced Desktop Support person to join their team in Central London. You must have banking experience with Windows 7/XP, and have worked within a 1st 2nd line support environment. You must be experienced in supporting users and being able to say 'no' where necessary, so someone who is assertive, yet diplomatic would be ideal.

VIP Support experience is a bonus.

You will be joining a team who look after around 400 users.
