1st / 2nd Line Support – Front Office – Hedge Fund recruitment
The successful candidate will join a team of 5 existing members of staff within a UK IT team of around 30 covering developers, network engineers, database engineers. Your role will be varied but will tend to focus on 1st and 2nd Line support, especially Windows Desktop and some basic server support.
The successful candidate is expected to have detailed knowledge of Windows 7 as well as networking (TCP/IP), DNS etc.
You will also have worked in a front office environment previously and will understand the pressures associated with working with demanding front office users. Knowledge of Bloomberg and/or Reuters tools would be highly advantaegous.
