1st Line Support / Desktop Analyst

1st Line Support / Desktop Analyst required for our Fixed Income Financial Client Based in London.

Candidates for this position MUST have experience within providing support in the Financial / Banking sector and are IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE.

Candidates must have previous experience in:

- Taking calls, prioritising escalations and providing feedback on the user for incidents and problems
- Have experience in providing support for Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Have ITIL foundation experience and/or ITIL Foundation qualification
- Have experience in adding new users or updating information
