1st Line IT / Helpdesk Support - City / Central London
A successful, high profile company in the IT Support sector is now seeking to recruit an experienced 1st Line IT / Helpdesk Support Assistant to work from offices in the City / Central London.
You will be an ambitious and highly motivated individual and will join the Support Team. The main focus of this position will be the handling of IT cases. You will be working within a team which provides support across the whole range of products offered, and will be expected to gain knowledge of trouble-shooting across the board.
Your will be expected to ;
Answer incoming calls.
Handle customer queries.
Log faults and tasks on CRM and use appropriate vendor / engineer to resolve / complete.
Work within agreed SLA's.
Escalation of faults/outages.
The ideal candidate will have a good academic education and some professional IT certifications. You will have at least 1 year commercial experience in a similar role and be able to competently provide 1st line IT support. You will have a professional attitude and a willingness to learn about the services and products offered by the company.
The role carries a salary of up to £20,000.
The role will suit individuals currently working in 1st Line Support, Helpdesk Support, PC Support, Desktop Support and living within a commutable distance of Central London, the City or be willing to relocate.
