1st Vice President, Director of Strategic Practice Management Solutions recruitment
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing a team of practice management consultants
- Developing and maintaining practice management tools and programs
- Sourcing and cultivating relationships with consultants and third party coaches
- Measuring and reporting growth of the program
- Following and monitoring relevant and related industry issues
- Continuing resource development for the education and promotion of practice management matters
- Attending conferences
- Authoring articles and white papers, for internal and external use, on the subject of practice management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong working knowledge of overall industry and practice management
- Ability to develop marketing and educational programs
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and offer leadership
- Minimum of 15 years financial services experience
- Minimum 5 years retail or wholesale experience
- FINRA Registrations: Series 6 or 7, 24 preferred
- Industry designations preferred
