Our client is an independent, long established European corporate finance advisor, who is now looking to add an associate advisory group. This team works on buy and sell side deals, IPOs, mergers, joint ventures and other related corporate finance matters.
They are now looking to add an associate to their team, who will work on a range of corporate finance deals. Working as part of a small deal team on a project by project basis, you will work on negotiations, valuations, strategic advisory, financial modelling, valuations, analysis, attendance at meetings.
Candidates will either work in corporate finance advisory with a major bank, or perhaps the corporate finance advisory team of a leading big four accounting firm.
You must have at least three years experience in mergers and acqusitions and have a robust deal sheet with a number of successful deals.
