The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity in the current market to join one of the leading players in European MA. The sucessful applicant will gain unprecedented exposure to each stage of the transaction life cycle and will be expected to work across a wie range of sectors in a generalist role. My client is currently experiencing high levels of deal flow and typically operate in the mid - large cap space.
The Candidate
The successful applicant must be currently a 1st Year Associate in MA at a bulge bracket investment bank or leading boutique and must have extensive sell side MA transaction experience. Sector expertise is not essential but strong technical and execution skills certainly are. Knowledge of the UK Takeover code a distinct advantage.
