1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Manager -Hands-On/Windows -Cheshire -£30k

My client is looking for a 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Manager to manage their helpdesk function. Currently standing at 5 bodies the 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Manager will still remain hands on, but be involved in the supervision, motivation and ongoing guidance of the helpdesk team. The 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Manager will have solid technical experience and have excellent Windows (Server 2008/XP), Unix and Networking experience. The 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Manager will be involved in 3rd party liaison, project support and will report in to the systems management team.

The 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Manager will be paid a starting salary of up to £30,000 on a basic, with excellent bonus incentives.
