Responsibilities:

• Provide general secretarial and administrative support to a team of bankers

• Calendar management

• Scheduling, updating travel arrangements and visas application

• Preparing Travel and Expense reports

• Answering phone calls, receiving and redirecting clients and visitors

• Maintaining time management system, filing system

• Co-coordinating internal and external client meetings

• Support visiting bankers

• Various administrative tasks or ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Hardworking, good judgment, flexible and driven to work in a fast paced, challenging environment

• Excellent attention to detail, proactive and efficient with the proven ability to take initiative

• Ability to multi-task and ability to cope with high pressure on a daily basis

• Highly organized and able to manage conflicting priorities

• Responsible and responsive

• Experienced in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Good telephone manner

• Able to handle confidential information appropriately
