The right candidate must have technical skills that include: Winforms, WCF, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, SSRS, Advanced Microsoft SQL server and Web Standards. If you do not possess all of these skills still apply for the role as you will be considered.
The right candidate for these roles would have done an extensive amount of work in WINFORMS.
Some other very important skills and requirements are: Excellent communication skills (both written and Spoken) , good time management skills, be goal oriented, have a can do attitude and have good problem solving skills.
