2 x Programme Managers – Regulatory Change Technology recruitment

A number of high profile opportunities have arisen within the Corporate Centre IT Regulatory Change team at UBS.

We require a Programme manager for the critical Basel 3 initiative which has a mandatory compliance date for the organisation of 01/01/2013 and is a material enabler of achieving the Risk Weighted Asset targets that were outlined at the Investor Day in November 2011.

We also require a highly skilled Programme Manager to manage the “Too Big To Fail” Recovery Resolution Planning from an IT Perspective.

The Regulatory Change team is part of Corporate Centre IT (CC IT). It is a global function with teams located in London, Zurich, New York, India and Russia.

The role of the Programme Managers will be to drive and manage at a macro level all work streams that comprise the change programme, which will include:

• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the Bank (including board level MDs)

• Partnering and supporting the business sponsors of the individual work streams

• Managing delivery through a matrix organisation

• Challenging the direction of the programme to ensure that the work remains current and applicable

• Continuously re-evaluating the benefits and outcomes of the work streams

• Understanding the macro view of the programme to ensure a cohesive outcome

• Motivating the cross business and IT teams to deliver against commitments

As the successful candidate you will report directly into the CC IT Lead of Regulatory Change, and will represent them in interactions with Senior Business Stakeholders within the relevant Business teams and Front Office Business teams / desks.

As the ideal candidate for these opportunities you are a highly driven and motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering complex change in a Regulatory function. There will be many challenges in execution of the programme therefore resilience and determination are key requirements for the role.
