We are looking for outstanding analysts to join a number of different desks within the division.

What role you might play:

Sales: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm’s clients that include banks, pension funds, hedge funds, insurance companies and corporate clients. Sales colleagues are responsible for delivering the capabilities of the firm in the form of services and products that best suits the clients’ needs.

Structuring: Design and develop innovative products and strategies that are tailored to specific client needs. Structurer’s work together with sales, trading and research to analyze risk exposure of the firm’s clients and deliver tailor made solutions that address their needs.

Trading: Control and manage the firm’s exposure to the markets by buying and selling securities and providing liquidity (market-making). Traders work together with sales, structuring and research in the development of trading strategies for our clients.

As a graduate, you will receive all the dedicated training and support you will need to have a successful career at Nomura. You will learn hands-on skills such as valuation, pricing and structuring with an emphasis on practical application.
