2D Generalist Artist - £24 - £28K - Scotland
Our client is a leading game studio located in Edinburgh. We are seeking a talented 2D Generalist Artist to transform new and existing art work into functional and visually appealing designs.
2D Generalist Artist Responsibilities:-
- Improve existing 2D art to be more visually appealing.
- Work on new 2D art projects.
- Communicate current projects and timescales with the management team.
2D Generalist Artist Skills:-
- Experience in the creation of vector / pixel based icons.
- Ability to create concepts and take a different art direction.
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
- Previous experience with Zbrush and Maya.
2D Generalist Artist Requirements:-
- A degree in Art Design or equivalent.
- Skills and knowledge of 3D modelling/animation would be an advantage.
- An excellent portfolio is a must.
- Previous game experience on Console, MMO games or Mobile.
