Growing and dynamic Estate Agents based in Central London, delivering premium IT support across 14 sites.
Required Skills required for Desktop Support / Analyst:
· Windows XP/7
· PCs, Laptops (MACs desirable)
· Citrix XenApp 6
· Exchange 2003/2010
· MS Office 2007/2010
· Blackberry Enterprise Server
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm. Every other Saturday 9:30am – 1:30pm. (when working Saturday, hours on Thursday will be 9am – 1pm)
Roles and Responsibilities
· Answering IT main line, being the first POC for IT issues and logging calls in Helpdesk system
· Supporting users both on-site and over the telephone
· Liasing with HR to initiate new starters and leavers processes
· Building and installing new PCs, configuring landlines and setting up PDAs
· Remotely checking and updating LCD screens in office windows
· Checking and updating lists on systems, phones and photocopiers
· Check the SPAM mailboxes for genuine email.
