Microsoft Windows Server (2003, 2008)
Active Directory Management
Microsoft Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services
Microsoft Exchange Server (2003, 2007, 2010)
Desktop and Laptop Hardware (including Thin Client computing)
Microsoft Application Support (such as Microsoft Office Suite)
Printer installs and troubleshooting
HP and Dell Server Hardware
AntiVirus solutions including Server and Desktop
Qualifications such as MCP's would be beneficial
